About the Role
Mikano International Limited, Nigeria's premier power solution and manufacturing leader, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our automotive spare parts warehouse operations. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of parts while leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of automotive spare parts.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock accuracy, and optimal warehouse organization using ERP systems.
- Monitor stock movements, conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Coordinate seamlessly with procurement, workshop, finance, and logistics teams to guarantee parts availability.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve strict productivity and fulfillment targets.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, security, and operational procedures across the facility.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management within a reputable company dealing with automotive parts, sales, and services.
- Strong familiarity with automotive products, spare parts, and after-sales service operations.
- Proficiency in computer operations, MS Office, ERP systems, and Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC).
