About the Role
Maurice Xandra Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing solar equipment wholesaler and technical training centre in Lagos for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Lead. You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and technical training support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Implement accurate inventory control systems, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate logistics with suppliers, freight partners, and customers to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper handling, storage, and safety standards for solar modules, batteries, inverters, and accessories.
- Support training centre operations by ensuring the readiness of equipment and materials for practical sessions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse and operations personnel to foster a culture of accountability.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
- Prior experience in solar, electrical, or technical equipment sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with basic computer literacy.
