We are currently recruiting a diligent and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our dynamic team at a client site. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory accurately, and ensuring that all warehouse activities adhere strictly to safety and organizational protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and safely store all incoming inventory, materials, and shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing items for prompt and secure dispatch.
- Maintain precise digital and physical inventory records, updating stock movements in real time.
- Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site management to support general logistics and operational tasks as needed.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven prior experience working in a warehouse, inventory management, or storekeeping role.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.
- High flexibility and willingness to take on varied operational duties within the facility.
- Strong physical fitness with the capability to perform routine warehouse lifting and standing tasks.
