About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from our suppliers to our retail floors while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and physical stock counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance monitoring to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and fulfillment of orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse facility at all times.
- Utilize inventory management software to update stock levels, generate reports, and track shipments.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
