About the Role
Hero Concept Crew is a leading professional multimedia and event services company based in Lagos with nationwide operations. Led by Philip Hero Oguegbe, we specialize in delivering comprehensive, top-tier media coverage for weddings, corporate functions, major concerts, and vibrant cultural ceremonies. We are currently expanding our creative team and looking for four talented, passionate, and driven Video Editors to join us. Key Responsibilities- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging final cuts for weddings, corporate events, concerts, and cultural ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and producers to understand project vision and requirements.
- Perform color grading, audio sweetening, and motion graphics integration to enhance overall production quality.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while adhering to strict delivery deadlines.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets, project files, and archives efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging multimedia software tools.
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse multimedia work.
- High proficiency in industry-standard video editing software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Must currently reside within Imo State, Anambra State, Rivers State, or Abia State.
- Strong attention to detail with an exceptional sense of timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement revisions efficiently.
