About the Role

International Breweries Plc is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Warehouse Checker to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the inventory process, ensuring accurate invoicing, managing the crediting of empties, and supporting stock counts while upholding our strict governance and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance with company and legal stacking regulations and site housekeeping standards.
  • Wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and adhere to VPO and DPO protocols.
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure correct quantities of split and full pallets are handled according to standard processes.
  • Maintain warehouse stock age standards by implementing effective stock rotation principles and conducting packaging quality checks.
  • Participate in shift handovers and conduct accurate daily stock counts with proper documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with Inventory Analysts, Clerks, and Stocks and Settlement Officers.
  • Monitor cost control by observing fuel usage standards, minimizing idle time, and preventing product breakages through safe handling principles.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent self-management abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
