About the Role
Afrimash is Nigeria’s leading eCommerce marketplace for agricultural items, where customers can shop conveniently for quality products and receive safe delivery at their locations. Afrimash Company Limited is currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Ibadan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our mission to revolutionize agricultural commerce across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch operations for livestock and agricultural product orders
- Manage end-to-end order processing and execute timely pricing updates across systems
- Support customer inquiries professionally across our various digital platforms
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve delivery times
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets for reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment based in Ibadan
