About the Role
M-KOPA is a fast-growing FinTech company offering millions of underbanked customers across Africa access to life-enhancing products and services. From our roots as the pioneer in pay-as-you-go solar energy, we have grown into a leading connected asset financing platform. We are currently looking for a dynamic Warehouse Assistant - Provisioning to join our expanding team in Nigeria and support our efficient warehouse and device-provisioning operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive OEM deliveries, verify them against delivery notes, and promptly flag any damages or shortages.
- Label and store goods accurately, update bin cards, and maintain strict FIFO protocols on the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with IT and app testing teams to run flashing tools and install applications on all provisioning systems for device enrolment.
- Support serial verification and ensure provisioning desktops are updated within the 24-hour firmware SLA.
- Package devices securely with QSG, casing, screen protectors, and seals, while completing final quality control checks.
- Oversee provisioning officers, manage their SLAs, and effectively resolve operational issues.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly throughput and stock count reports.
- Report directly to the Warehouse Lead and jointly verify materials with handlers while meeting a target of 300 devices per operator daily.
- Diploma in Store or Warehouse Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
- Hands-on experience working with inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong stock management, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
