We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our growing operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining seamless logistics, accurate inventory records, and optimal warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the loading and offloading of lubricants and finished products to various warehouses from KLP.
- Liaise closely with transporter representatives to resolve any truck loading and logistics issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation of all generated invoices and dispatch records.
- Upload acknowledged and verified invoices onto the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly truck dispatch plans to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure excellent housekeeping and adherence to safety standards within the warehouse facility.
- Conduct regular weekly and monthly stock reconciliations and generate detailed inventory reports.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 4 years of proven work experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
