About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our bustling facility in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly by assisting with receiving, storing, organizing, picking, and dispatching goods while maintaining top-tier warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials against delivery documents.
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of inventory shipments.
- Arrange and store products properly within designated warehouse locations using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for timely dispatch.
- Assist with routine stock counting, physical inventory checks, and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation of all goods received, issued, and dispatched.
- Promptly report damaged, missing, expired, or near-expiry products to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and strict adherence to safety guidelines across the facility.
- Minimum of SSCE, WAEC, NECO, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous working experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, logistics, or inventory environment is an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to handle active warehouse-related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain reliable records.
