About the Role
Fadac Resources is recruiting on behalf of our client, the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio of over 13 prestigious global brands. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse and Fulfilment Manager to optimize our supply chain, inventory control, and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure seamless supply chain workflows.
- Implementing operational policies, procedures, and security operations to safeguard inventory and assets.
- Ensuring effective, safe use of warehouse equipment and maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Motivating, managing, and developing warehouse staff to maximize productivity and performance.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all warehouse activities and stock movements.
- Managing stock control and reconciling physical inventory with data storage systems.
- Monitoring the condition and location of fleet vehicles and assisting with deliveries when necessary.
- Ensuring full compliance with all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislative requirements.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in any relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in warehousing and supply chain management.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with modern warehouse management software and databases.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to lead, manage, and discipline staff effectively.
