Key Responsibilities- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and present food and drink menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Stay attentive to guest needs throughout their visit, particularly within the bar and dining areas.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly from the kitchen and bar to the guests.
- Ensure food orders are correct, complete, and visually appealing before serving.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all cash received is properly collected and remitted to the appropriate department.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards regarding food handling and service areas.
- Perform side duties including rolling silverware, stocking service stations, pre-bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and removing debris.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or NCE certificate.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm, and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
