Key Responsibilities- Deliver an upbeat, friendly, and proactive attitude during all guest interactions to ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Master all menu items, daily promotions, and specials to confidently guide and assist guests with their choices.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them efficiently into the point-of-sale system, and deliver orders promptly with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, impeccably clean, and organized food service station throughout the shift.
- Comply strictly with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing food and beverage role within a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
