We are currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Waitress to join our client's hospitality team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the face of our dining operations, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and memorable service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables while presenting menus and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Monitor dining areas continuously to ensure tables remain clean, properly set, and cleared between courses.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Process billing accurately, collect payments, and issue receipts in line with company policies.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE or High School Certificate.
- Prior experience working as a Waitress or in a fast-paced customer service role is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally polite demeanor.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
