About the Role
H-CUE Catering is an indigenous and rapidly growing hospitality company driven by experienced management professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding and cost-effective services to diverse industries across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Camp Boss to oversee our industrial catering operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain excellence across all camp facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Effective management and leadership of a catering crew of at least 10 personnel to ensure qualitative and quantitative results.
- Ensure hospitality and catering services are produced to the highest possible standard and delivered strictly to agreed specifications.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the catering crew to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Strictly enforce and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the camp environment.
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and inventory efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate daily record-keeping, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience as a Camp Boss within the industrial catering sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
