About the Role
Pinnah Foods Limited, a leading restaurant chain operating six vibrant outlets across Lagos, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waitress to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering prompt, high-quality service. We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to the highest standards of presentation.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and the overall dining area.
- Strictly adhere to company food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, neat, and professional appearance with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting will be a distinct advantage.
