Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring adherence to five-star presentation standards.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are clean, properly set, and guests are fully satisfied throughout their experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and promptness.
- Process billing accurately and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter, waitress, or in a similar food and beverage role within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation suited for a luxury hospitality brand.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Enugu.
