About the Role
Winnys Meal Limited, a reputable and fast-growing fast-food company situated in Lagos and Abuja, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring that our dining spaces provide a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant premises.
- Accurately take customer food and beverage orders at the counter with attention to detail.
- Ensure continuous cleanliness and organization of the counter area, serving plates, trays, and customer dining spaces.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Actively upsell additional products, daily specials, and ongoing promotional items.
- Stay fully up-to-date with the complete menu offerings, pricing, and new product introductions.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working in the hospitality or fast-food industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immaculate personal hygiene, neat appearance, and strong organizational abilities.
- Friendly, welcoming, and high level of personal integrity and honesty. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced shift environment.
- Proximity to work locations is mandatory; candidates must reside in areas such as Bassa, Zamani, Correctional Centre, Airport Road, Airforce Quarter, Peace Media, Civil Defence, Sauka, Lugbe, and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N80,000 to N100,000.
