About the Role
Winnys Meal Limited, a reputable and fast-growing fast-food firm situated in Lagos and Abuja, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage the full cycle of the customers dining experience. In this role, you will act as the primary link between the kitchen and our valued customers to ensure top-notch service delivery, operational efficiency, and total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all daily operations within the outlet including product display, service delivery, customer care, and facility cleanliness.
- Ensure food is served and displayed according to company portion sizes and strict presentation standards.
- Ensure all customers are attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently or escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness checks across dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and staff zones.
- Lead by example, ensuring staff punctuality, strict discipline, and impeccable professional grooming.
- Conduct daily opening and closing checks to ensure all operational equipment function properly.
- Report performance metrics, customer feedback, operational challenges, and staff concerns to management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fast-food setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Calm, professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and capable of basic numerical calculations.
- Physically healthy with good stamina to manage a dynamic work environment.
- Must reside in close proximity to work locations (such as Bassa Village, Zamani, Correctional Centre, Airport Road, Airforce Quarter, Peace Media, Civil Defence, Sauka, Lugbe, etc.).
- Competitive monthly salary of N100,000 - N120,000.
