Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist with packaging and quality control for online food orders and catering deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Possession of relevant educational qualifications and certifications in hospitality or related fields.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
