We are currently seeking a dedicated and polished Waiter or Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining services, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and delightful culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and manage billing procedures with integrity.
- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage comfortably with diverse guests.
- Neat, well-presented appearance with a friendly, approachable, and customer-centric demeanor.
