Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests promptly while presenting menus with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering expert recommendations from the grill and café menu when necessary.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently to tables, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests swiftly.
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and orderly dining area.
- Handle billing and process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Neat, polite, and well-presented appearance fitting for a hospitality setting.
- Previous working experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
