Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests politely, guide them to their tables, and provide menus with detailed explanations of available intercontinental and national cuisines.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks professionally, adhering strictly to hotel standards and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor guest satisfaction proactively throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present accurate bills, process payments securely, and issue receipts in a timely manner.
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or equivalent professional certification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter, server, or in a similar customer-facing role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Immaculate personal hygiene and a professional, polished appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
