Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly and correctly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders efficiently, ensuring food and drinks are presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Monitor dining tables to anticipate guest needs, clear used plates and glassware, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle billing and payments accurately, operating the point-of-sale system as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant hospitality certification.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter, server, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
