We are currently seeking a passionate, professional, and service-driven individual to join us in the capacity of a Waiter. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over tables to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle billing and payments accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming station.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and floor team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous relevant experience working as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is a distinct advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a polished personal presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
