Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over assigned tables to anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, tact, and a customer-first attitude.
- Process payments accurately using the establishment's point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, adhering strictly to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front desk personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter, server, or in a similar hospitality role is an added advantage.
