About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is looking for vibrant and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Ad-Hoc Wait Staff. This temporary role spans the busy December festive period and offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Clear tables, manage guest requests, and handle bill settlements efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area throughout shifts.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service will be a distinct advantage.
- Strict availability throughout the entire month of December.
