About the Role
Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to serving, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for individuals living in underserved communities across Nigeria. Operating primarily from our hubs in Abuja and Port Harcourt, we drive our mission under the guiding motto: Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love. We are currently seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our team as Volunteer Project and Program Support professionals to help us plan, execute, and monitor impactful community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the program management team in planning, organizing, and executing community development projects in Abuja and Port Harcourt.
- Coordinate logistics, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records of project activities and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials to document project milestones and impact stories.
- Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support fundraising, advocacy, and outreach campaigns designed to raise awareness for the foundation's core initiatives.
- Open to students, recent graduates, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs passionate about social impact and community development.
- No prior formal experience required; a strong commitment, willingness to learn, and adaptability are most important.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to relate well with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with basic proficiency in digital productivity tools.
