About the Role
Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to serving, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for people living in underserved communities across Abuja and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Operating under the core motto "Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love," we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer for Fundraising & Grant Support to help us expand our social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential grant opportunities, corporate sponsors, and funding sources aligned with the foundation's mission.
- Assist in drafting compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and fundraising pitches.
- Support the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of donors, grant timelines, and application statuses.
- Collaborate with the communications and programs teams to gather impact stories and financial data for donor reports.
- Students, recent graduates, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs passionate about social impact and community development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- No prior fundraising experience is strictly required; a willingness to learn and commitment to our cause are paramount.
