The Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer - Communications & Public Relations to join our dynamic team in Abuja and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Operating under our core motto, "Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love," we are a non-profit organization committed to empowering underserved populations and creating sustainable opportunities. In this role, you will help shape our public image, manage our digital presence, and drive campaigns that inspire action and support for our noble initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to promote foundation events, outreach programs, and community projects.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, and the official website.
- Manage public relations efforts by building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public engagement metrics to improve future outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and administrative teams to produce compelling visual and written narratives highlighting our impact.
- Open to students, recent graduates, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs passionate about social impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media management, digital marketing, or public relations.
- High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in communications or non-profit work is a plus, but not mandatory.
