About the Role
DynamicPlus Advisory is a professional consultancy providing strategic and cost-effective business solutions to start-ups and SMEs. We are currently recruiting a proactive and target-oriented Student Counsellor for a reputable Study Abroad and Education Consulting company. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding prospective students through complex international education pathways and visa application processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study-abroad opportunities and institution selection.
- Guide applicants step-by-step through university admission and visa application processes, with a strong focus on Schengen visas.
- Ensure accurate collection, verification, and documentation of all student credentials and visa requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into successful applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience as a Student Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Schengen Visa processing and application counselling.
- In-depth knowledge of international study-abroad procedures and documentation standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, target-driven approach to task execution.
- Must reside within Surulere, Lagos, or easily accessible surrounding areas.
