About the Role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is a strategic innovation and capacity-building firm dedicated to empowering organisations across Africa to operate more effectively, think more creatively, and scale sustainably. We are currently seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content that effectively captures hotel facilities, services, events, and guest experiences. The successful candidate will plan and film compelling content, operate professional equipment, and deliver polished assets that align with our clients' promotional objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for hospitality brands.
- Capture engaging footage of hotel facilities, rooms, dining areas, events, and guest experiences.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment efficiently.
- Edit raw footage into polished, visually appealing content using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate seamlessly with staff, guests, and management during shoots.
- Maintain an organised, accessible library of raw and edited digital assets.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Photography, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in videography, photography, or media production.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous professional video production or photography work.
- Sound understanding of lighting, framing, audio recording, and visual composition.
