About the Role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is a strategic innovation and capacity-building firm dedicated to empowering organisations across Africa to operate more effectively, think more creatively, and scale sustainably. We are currently seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality video and photo content that effectively captures our client's hospitality facilities, services, events, and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for hospitality and lifestyle promotions.
- Capture engaging footage of hotel facilities, rooms, dining areas, events, services, and guest experiences.
- Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Develop appropriate shots, angles, and compositions to align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Maintain an organised, accessible digital library of raw and edited media assets.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Photography, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in videography, content creation, or media production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Prior experience creating hospitality, lifestyle, or social media promotional content is a strong advantage.
