Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create compelling visual stories that highlight unique property features, neighborhood highlights, and company brand values.
- Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, external microphones, and drones where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video concepts, storyboards, and content strategies.
- Execute post-production editing, color grading, and sound design to deliver polished video content within strict project timelines.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, audio clarity, and brand representation across all published video materials.
- Proven professional experience as a Videographer, Video Content Producer, or similar creative role.
- Strong technical proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of lighting techniques, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition.
- Prior experience in creating real estate marketing, promotional videos, or architectural videography is a distinct advantage.
