About the Role
JV Management Consulting, a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm, is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that captures property listings, brand identity, and marketing campaigns. You will work with a dynamic team to create engaging visual stories that attract potential clients and investors while maintaining exceptional production standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms
- Create compelling visual narratives that effectively highlight property features and reinforce company brand identity
- Operate and maintain professional video equipment including cameras, lighting systems, microphones, and drone technology where applicable
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative video concepts and comprehensive content strategies
- Deliver polished, professional video content within agreed project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure visual consistency and brand representation across all video materials
- Proven professional experience as a Videographer or Video Content Producer
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent platforms
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition
- Demonstrated experience producing marketing and promotional videos; real estate experience is highly advantageous
- Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
