We are currently looking for a passionate Video Editor Intern to join our Content Operations team and help bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities- Edit raw footage based on project briefs and creative direction to ensure high-quality output.
- Trim, arrange, and sequence footage to create compelling and engaging digital storytelling.
- Integrate music, sound effects, captions, graphics, and basic visual effects into video projects.
- Perform basic colour grading, lighting adjustments, and audio cleanup for polished results.
- Assemble rough cuts and finalize videos based on constructive feedback from supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with Content Creators to brainstorm and execute innovative video concepts.
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and post-production techniques.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical, hands-on video editing experience.
- Proficiency in standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong grasp of video editing principles, narrative pacing, rhythm, and continuity.
- Exceptional creativity, high attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude toward feedback and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must provide a compelling portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
- A background in Film, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline is a distinct advantage.
