Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations, setting academic policies, and implementing the school improvement plan.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff while facilitating impactful professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee comprehensive academic programs, extracurricular activities, and standardized testing evaluations.
  • Manage student discipline proactively to promote a positive, safe, and motivating school culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to enhance student achievement.
  • Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and the integration of modern educational technology.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Nigerian educational policies and international British standards.
  • Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Principal.

Qualifications
  • First degree in Education, Mathematics, or English Language (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in school administration and academic leadership within a reputable institution.
  • Computer literacy and proven proficiency in educational technology and school management software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Fluency in English with a commitment to ongoing professional growth and educational trends.
  • Preferred Gender: Female.
