About the Role

We are currently looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team and help shape the future of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct thorough user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design concepts.
- Develop, scale, and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all company products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional software developers to guarantee seamless and accurate design implementation.
- Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, and detailed customer journey maps.
- Participate actively in constructive design critiques and present creative solutions effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest global design trends, tools, and UX best practices to continuously improve product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, specifically working on digital products.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process, problem-solving skills, and finished products.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; front-end implementation skills are considered a strong plus.
