About the Role
Tezza Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced UAT Coordinator to lead User Acceptance Testing execution across business users from partner organisations. We specialise in delivering comprehensive IT and Business Solutions with a focus on practical, result-oriented outcomes that drive real business value. This role sits within our Project Simba Independent QA Team, where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless UAT delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule UAT activities across multiple external partner organisations
- Distribute and facilitate comprehensive UAT test packs with business reviewers as execution scripts
- Track go/no-go decisions and feedback per application module from designated business reviewers
- Drive and secure formal UAT sign-offs prior to go-live readiness reviews
- Proven cross-organisational coordination experience, preferably in UAT environments
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders across multiple organisations
- Strong expertise in UAT facilitation, stakeholder management, and scheduling coordination
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
UAT completes on schedule with every module reviewed and signed off by named business reviewers, ensuring smooth go-live preparation without last-minute resource scrambling.
