We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Tyre Service Technician to join our client's dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining vehicle safety and performance by delivering exceptional tyre servicing, repairs, and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect tyres thoroughly for wear, tread depth, structural damage, and overall safety concerns.
- Execute professional tyre fitting, removal, repair, and replacement operations with precision.
- Perform routine tyre rotation, dynamic wheel balancing, and accurate pressure checks.
- Diagnose complex tyre-related issues and recommend cost-effective, reliable solutions to clients.
- Maintain all workshop tyre service tools, machinery, and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry workshop safety procedures and environmental standards.
- Possession of an OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience as a Tyre Service Technician or in a similar automotive role.
- Demonstrated practical expertise in tyre fitting, vulcanizing, balancing, and wheel-related maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating modern tyre service equipment, pneumatic tools, and diagnostic gear.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle safety standards and preventive tyre maintenance practices.
