About the Role
White Soul Motors Ltd, a subsidiary of White Soul Investment Ltd with over 19 years of operational excellence, is seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are executed promptly while adhering to strict safety standards and road regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate assigned trucks responsibly and safely from pickup locations to designated delivery destinations.
- Handle cargo securely, ensuring proper loading, transit protection, and offloading of goods.
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes while maintaining strict adherence to schedules.
- Promptly report any delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic incidents to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate trip documentation, delivery logs, and perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian driver's license appropriate for heavy-duty commercial trucks.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional truck driving experience, preferably within logistics, haulage, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of navigating long-distance routes across Nigeria safely.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian road safety laws and traffic regulations.
