About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Team Lead to spearhead our treasury sales operations. You will drive deposit mobilization efforts, nurture institutional and corporate client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the treasury sales team to achieve deposit mobilization and revenue targets
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive treasury sales strategies to expand the investment portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients
- Monitor financial market trends and identify new opportunities for treasury product sales
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytics
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services with proven leadership experience
- Deep understanding of treasury products, investment solutions, and financial markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and consistently achieve business targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
