We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Investment Operations Officer to join our high-performing team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end investment operations, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of trades and transactions.
- Manage portfolio administration, reconciliations, and reporting for corporate and high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with the front and middle office teams to mitigate operational risks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across all investment portfolios.
- Maintain comprehensive audit trails and prepare periodic operational reports for executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in investment operations within an investment bank or financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
