Proten International is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Liaison Executive to join our dynamic team onsite in Ezeagu LGA, Enugu State. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Coordinate timely product dispatches and review movements against verified sales orders before factory exit.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily reports on stock movement, inventory levels, and sales activities.
- Monitor inflows into collection accounts, track payment statuses, and update sales records promptly.
- Perform daily reconciliation of stock balances against dispatch records and match customer payments to invoices.
- Reconcile customer debts and outstanding balances while collaborating with sales to resolve discrepancies.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury operations, stock control, financial reconciliation, or accounts receivable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
- Must be willing and able to work fully onsite in Ezeagu LGA, Enugu State.
