About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Treasury Analyst - Asset & Liability Management (ALM) to join our growing team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Support the monitoring and management of the organization's assets and liabilities from an ALM perspective.
- Monitor daily liquidity positions, cash flow forecasts, and available funding.
- Support interest-rate risk management, repricing gap analysis, and stress testing exercises.
- Prepare periodic ALM, liquidity, and treasury reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all treasury and ALM activities comply with internal policies, limits, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Treasury, ALM, Finance, Risk Management, or Financial Markets.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or CTP is an added advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
