About the Role
ALML Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Travel Consultant and Visa Officer to join our Online Travel Agency team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Manage and follow up on travel requests, ticket bookings, and inquiries from social media platforms, website leads, and B2B/B2C partners promptly.
- Conduct daily price comparisons and itinerary evaluations between our OTA and key competitors to generate accurate price positioning reports.
- Promote company products, special ticket deals, promo routes, and sister company services actively across platforms.
- Grow and manage the database of B2B and B2C travel partners through targeted calls, meetings, and conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed revenue, profit, and key performance indicator (KPI) targets consistently.
- Review client documentation, including passports, photographs, and financial papers, ensuring complete accuracy before submission.
- Advise travelers accurately on visa regulations, applicable fees, processing times, and procedural steps.
- Liaise professionally with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers such as VFS and TLS while providing regular updates to clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Travel Consultant within a B2B and B2C environment.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience using the Amadeus reservation system.
- Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Exceptional sales, persuasion, and customer-service orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of domestic, international, business, and leisure travel.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
