Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with seamless flight reservations, hotel bookings, and comprehensive travel packages.
- Design personalized travel itineraries and provide expert, up-to-date travel advice.
- Guide clients expertly through visa application processes and documentation requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote travel services and attract new customers.
- Manage social media channels, create engaging digital content, and generate high-quality leads.
- Convert marketing leads into confirmed sales and build long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in travel, tourism, sales, hospitality, or marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global travel destinations, ticketing systems, and visa regulations.
