Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive visa application and processing procedures for multiple international destinations.
- Provide expert travel consultation and advisory services to B2B and B2C clients.
- Design and develop attractive, customized travel packages and detailed itineraries.
- Handle end-to-end processing for study abroad programs, leisure tours, and business travel.
- Execute accurate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complete travel documentation support.
- Deliver up-to-date destination guidance and ensure strict travel compliance.
- Proactively follow up on leads, prospective clients, and customer inquiries to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a Travel Consultant.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of visa applications and processing across diverse global destinations.
- Hands-on experience managing study abroad processes, leisure tours, and corporate business travel.
- Exceptional ability to design customized travel itineraries and attractive promotional packages.
- Proficiency in modern travel booking systems and travel documentation workflows.
