Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for food, beverage, and hospitality supplies.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management processes.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs and preventing stockouts.
- Ensure all procured goods and services meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure reliability, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business goals.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and resolve any vendor or delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Minimum of 6 years of cognizant experience in procurement within the food service industry or hospitality sector.
- Proven hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Impeccable character, high integrity, and strong negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and procurement systems.
