About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company established in 1976 with its factory in Awe, Oyo State, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Transport Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our corporate fleet operates at peak efficiency to support our nationwide distribution network and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Process vehicle maintenance and maintain efficient, up-to-date record-keeping systems.
- Implement and enforce strict operational standards across all company vehicles.
- Coordinate timely vehicle repairs and scheduled routine services to minimize downtime.
- Keep comprehensive logistics records including fuel consumption, repair histories, and car service routines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Transport Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a similar transport or logistics role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
